WWF Dolphin Puzzle
A beautiful 500 piece puzzle featuring a picture of two graceful Pantropical Spotted Dolphins. They are also known as Marine Dolphins and use echolocation to navigate and hunt, bouncing high-pitched sounds off objects, and listening for the echoes. One of the greatest threats to dolphins is accidental entanglement in fishing gear. Known as bycatch, this causes the deaths of more than 300,000 cetaceans (dolphins, porpoises and whales) every year. The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) promotes ways to reduce bycatch by changing the way fish are caught. Methods include introducing more selective fishing gear, and raising awareness of the issue within the industry, as well as consumers, to purchase seafood sourced from responsible fisheries. This jigsaw, featuring these two beautiful dolphins, is a must-have for any puzzle and wildlife lover and makes for a rewarding and challenging experience. The puzzle is made from high quality card and comes presented in a rectangular box which has been shrink wrapped for further protection. The completed puzzle measures 490 x 335mm.
